We, as Kimpack, are proud to announce that we will be installing the most recent and advanced configured SML PowerCast XL model;  a unique 4.5 m wide machine with an output volume of up to 3,400 kg/h of net high quality stretch film powered with Cloeren nano technology over 67+ layers by the summer of 2025 as our new investment.

Equipped with the industry's largest Ø 1,600 mm SML chill roll, our machine will operate in perfect synergy with SML’s powerful W4000 four-shaft winder. Additionally, it features Cloeren’s Reflex die, the benchmark in ultra-fast and fully automated die lip control, enhanced with an automatic die mapping system. This state-of-the-art nanolayer production line is fitted with Cloeren’s feedblock technology, supporting over 67+ layers. This unique design significantly enhances film performance, particularly in elongation, puncture resistance, and tear propagation—setting a new industry benchmark.
